Terminus Technologies has been named Expo 2020 Dubai’s latest Premier Partner and has signed a long-term lease at District 2020 as part of the innovation ecosystem that will evolve after the event.
The global mega event will now run from 1 October 2021 to 31 March 2022, a delay that allows all participants to safely navigate the impact of COVID-19.
The Executive Committee of the Bureau International des Expositions, BIE, has collectively agreed to recommend the postponement of Expo 2020 Dubai to 1st October 2021 – 31st March 2022
While everyone involved in Expo 2020 Dubai remains firmly committed, many countries have been significantly impacted by COVID-19 and they have expressed a need to postpone Expo’s opening by one year, to enable them to overcome this challenge.
