DSOA), the regulatory body for Dubai Silicon Oasis (DSO), today announced it has successfully upgraded its existing Integrated Building Management System (IBMS) that looks after 40 buildings within Dubai Silicon Oasis (DSO) to an Artificial Intelligence enabled IBMS.
DSO announced the launch of the second phase of the AI-powered chatbot, “HADI”, including the expansion of the list of smart services available online, to facilitate providing support remotely to customers, residents, business partners.
The parties will collaborate to enhance the geospatial infrastructure development utilizing the latest technology solutions to accelerate the digital transformation and keep up with new opportunities to upgrade smart services and facilitate work procedures in various working conditions.
